I am currently on Lexapro. Have been on it for 2 weeks now. I have not gained weight. I've actually been losing weight, but I also started exercising and eating a little better. My Dr did put me on Lexapro because that's the one with the least possible weight gain (according to her).

I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago too. I have mood issues where I'm sad off and on all the time, and I have crying spells where I cry and start laughing hysterically. I'm pretty sure people think I'm crazy at this point!!!

I was never like that before, and I believe it's from my hormones not balanced. But I've tried all antidepressants known except for Zoloft, and they didn't work for me, but I just started Zoloft, so hopefully, that works.

I would recommend seeing a doctor about getting something. It's so draining when we are emotionally up and down. I wish people were more understanding with people that have disorders like PCOS because I'm treated like I just made it up.

I take Zoloft Antidepressant for my Depression and Anxiety Disorder. I've been on it for a little of a year and haven't noticed any issues with weight.

I take Wellbutrin for other reasons, but it's an antidepressant. No weight gain using it, just a hard time sleep if I take it too late in the day.
